If you are not happy with your LOLO purchase we will provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 5 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

To return an item you must send us an email within 5 days of receiving your item.

Once we’ve received your email we will reply with a RA (return authorization) code and instructions on how to proceed. It is mandatory that all returns arrive with the provided RA code. Those items returned without the RA code will not be refunded.
