All items contain sterling silver, including gold filled and plated pieces will naturally oxidize or tarnish over time. Prolonged exposure to the air and your body’s natural chemistry can expedite this process.

Avoid direct contact with showers, perfume, lotion, chlorine and bleach.

All jewellery should be stored in an airtight ziplock bag to slow the oxidation process.

We will repair any breakage caused by our manufacturing within 90 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping charges will apply. Must provide proof of receipt.

Charges will apply to any repair items past 90 days of receipt. Charges vary depending on the repair, missing pieces etc. Email shop@lolo.ca for an estimate cost of the repair.
