About Our Jewellery
Our jewellery is designed with you in mind and made with special care. All of the metals are sterling silver based and contains no nickel which causes allergic reactions. Our gold is either 14k gold filled or 14k gold vermeil. Both of which are long lasting quality however a more affordable alternative to solid gold.

Gold Vermeil: 
Gold Vermeil is a thick layer of gold onto sterling silver not a base metal. Because of the quality of metals used it is hypoallergenic. 
    Gold Filled:
    Gold Filled jewelry undergoes a mechanical bonding process that melts a thick layer of gold onto the metal.
      How to Care for Your Jewellery 

      Overtime all metals can tarnish and/or lose their lustre. To prevent this process it is important to avoid exposure to the air when not wearing. Keep your jewellery in airtight containers or ziploc bags to prevent or slow down the oxidation process.

      Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, chlorine and cleaning products. Remove all jewellery when washing hands or hand washing dishes.  We do not recommend wearing your jewellery in pools, the shower or while exercising. We know it isn't always easy to remember! It's also important to keep in mind that our body's natural chemistry can expedite the oxidization process.  

      Do NOT use any chemical solution cleaners as they might be too harsh.

      We want to you enjoy your jewellery as soon as possible. It takes 1-3 days to process your order before being shipped. Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays, will be processed the following business day.
      If your order is urgent and needs to be shipped out ASAP, please email us at shop@lolo.ca and/ or make a note of it in your cart. We will do our best to make it a priority but we can not guarantee.

      NOTE: Due to the pandemic, we have been experiencing some delays in delivery. 
      The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees for future shipments, and shipping for any returns or exchanges.
